Getting Started

Welcome to Lynley’s Training - where structure meets strategy, and every rep has a purpose. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, or sculpting your physique, you're in the right place.

Here’s exactly what to expect as we begin:

📝 Step 1: Complete Your Health History Questionnaire (HHQ)

Before your program is assigned, you’ll complete a short form to share your training history, goals, and any limitations.

📋 Step 2: Choose Your Program

Select your online training package or monthly program. You will receive an automated email that reviews your HHQ and recommends a program, while a human reviews and creates this program to meet your unique needs. Once payment is submitted, you’ll immediately receive an invite to the Trainerize app, where all coaching and workouts are delivered.

📲 Step 3: Program Assignment

After your HHQ is submitted, you’ll be assigned your program within 24 hours - tailored to your selected track and personal needs.

🏋️ Step 4: Start Training

Log into the Trainerize app to access your workouts, track progress, and receive weekly coach check-ins. Whether you're following a PPL, Upper/Lower, or At-Home split, you’re now set up for success.

All programs include 4 weekly check-ins for feedback, accountability, and form coaching - because progress comes from precision.
