Who This Program Is For

Live-coached workouts
Two workouts per week are performed live with the coach. You train in real time while receiving guidance on execution, load selection, effort, and pacing.
System-based structure

How the Program Works
Duration: 4 weeks
Training split: Upper / Lower / Full Body / Upper / Lower
Live-coached workouts: 2 per week (8 total)
Platform: HubFit
All five weekly workouts are delivered through HubFit with clear intent, notes, and tracking.
Each week:
• Two workouts are coached live, combining training and real-time coaching
• Three workouts are completed independently, applying the same structure and principles
The live workouts teach execution and decision-making.
The independent sessions build confidence and autonomy.
This balance is intentional.
What You Will Learn
By the end of four weeks, you will know how to:
• Select loads confidently without ego or hesitation
• Understand when to push and when to hold back
• Train hard without accumulating unnecessary fatigue
• Apply intensity correctly across rep ranges
• Adjust training without constantly rewriting programs

Coaching Access and Expectations
Coaching is embedded directly into the live workouts and centralized to protect quality and fairness.
